This difference between these 3 policies is in one feature – the Death benefit.
New Vantage I – day one coverage with the death benefit immediately available due to death from health reasons or an accident.
New Vantage II- for death due to health reasons the death benefit is reduced to 30% of the face value in year one and 70% in year two. In year three the death benefit is 100% of the face value for death due to health reasons.
For death due to an accident, 100% coverage is available from day one.
New Vantage III- for death due to health reasons the death benefit is 110% of the premiums paid for the first two years. The full death benefit is payable to the insured at 100% of the face value for death due to health reasons beginning in year three.
For death due to an accident, the death benefit is 100% of the face value from the very first day the policy is issued.
Unisex rates apply in Montana. Also New Vantage II and New Vantage III are not available in Montana. New Vantage III is not available in Arkansas, Minnesota, or Nevada.
Please note, for New Vantage II and New Vantage III, the accidental death rider is included for free during the first two years and pays up to 500% of the face value of the policy. So there’s a big jump in tax free benefits in those policies.
How Do I Avoid A Medical Check To Qualify ?
