Terms of Use
Effective date: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to gardenmutual.com and related Garden Mutual online forms, pages, and digital tools. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About Garden Mutual
Garden Mutual provides insurance-related information, intake forms, application assistance, customer service support, certificate support, and related communications. The website may include information about commercial trucking insurance, local commercial auto, tow/wrecker operations, cargo/Sprinter vans, hotshot, box truck, port/UIIA, hazmat, car hauler, dump, reefer, dry van, and other business or personal insurance topics.
2. No Coverage Is Bound Through This Website
Information submitted through this website, a Jotform, email, text message, phone call, upload, quiz, or other online tool does not bind coverage, change coverage, cancel coverage, reinstate coverage, issue a policy, issue a certificate, guarantee a quote, or guarantee carrier acceptance. Coverage, pricing, eligibility, filings, certificates, endorsements, changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and claims decisions depend on underwriting, carrier approval, policy terms, payment status, and applicable law.
3. No Quote or Carrier Decision Promise
Any pricing examples, readiness scores, intake questions, website language, or marketing statements are for general information and intake purposes only. They are not a quote, binder, policy, endorsement, or promise of premium, terms, timing, or carrier appetite. Final terms can only come from the applicable insurance carrier or authorized representative after review.
4. Accuracy of Information You Submit
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. This may include business name, DOT/MC number if applicable, garaging address, drivers, vehicles, trailers, cargo, radius, commodities, loss history, MVRs, inspection history, filings, certificate requirements, policy documents, and other underwriting details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect eligibility, pricing, coverage, claims, certificates, or service timing.
5. Website Content Is General Information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, safety, compliance, underwriting, or claims advice. You should consult the appropriate licensed professional, government agency, carrier, attorney, accountant, safety consultant, or other qualified advisor for advice specific to your situation.
6. Forms, Uploads, and Electronic Communications
By submitting a form, upload, email, text message, or other communication, you authorize Garden Mutual to review the information and contact you about your request. Submission does not mean coverage exists or has changed. If you send documents, photos, MVRs, loss runs, policies, certificates, claim details, payment information, or underwriting information, Garden Mutual may use that information to help organize, review, service, or submit your request as appropriate.
7. Certificates of Insurance
Garden Mutual may assist with certificate of insurance requests. A certificate is evidence of certain policy information at the time issued and does not itself amend, extend, or alter coverage. Certificate timing depends on complete holder details, policy status, carrier rules, requested wording, endorsement needs, and other requirements.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or embed third-party services, including forms, payment processors, insurance carrier resources, FMCSA or government resources, communication tools, and other websites. Garden Mutual is not responsible for third-party websites, outages, terms, privacy practices, or content.

Separate SMS/MMS terms and privacy notices may also apply where shown.
