Garden Mutual SMS/MMS Privacy Policy
Garden Mutual operates an SMS/MMS messaging program for commercial trucking insurance inquiries.
When a person submits a Garden Mutual opt-in form and checks the optional SMS/MMS consent checkbox, Garden Mutual may use the provided mobile number to send messages about commercial trucking insurance quote requests, application follow-up, missing information reminders, coverage options, service updates, and related insurance information.
Message frequency varies based on the inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any Garden Mutual SMS/MMS message. After a STOP request, Garden Mutual will send one confirmation message and will stop sending SMS/MMS messages unless the person opts in again.
